We’re very pleased to share details of a new way for libraries to support OJC - our OJC Supporters programme. It allows libraries to invest in OJC on a one off basis, at an amount of their choosing above £1,000. Being a Supporter gives libraries a route to invest ad hoc funds (such as end of year underspend) in OJC to support diamond open access. It also provides a route for libraries to support OJC if they are not able to join as a library member.
Libraries can select specific OJC funds to invest in, such as our fund for flipping journals to diamond, or they can allow OJC to decide how their investment is used. Any libraries can invest in us through the Supporters programme, including those who are already library members.
